- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate (for sauce)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup extra chocolate chips (for topping)
- 1/2 cup edible cookie dough (optional but decadent!)
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix gently. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Heat a lightly buttered skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup batter per pancake.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden.
- Stack pancakes high and warm.
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth and glossy.
- Drizzle warm chocolate sauce generously over the stack. Top with extra chocolate chips and cookie dough.
