  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate (for sauce)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup extra chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix gently. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Heat a lightly buttered skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup batter per pancake.
  5. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden.
  6. Stack pancakes high and warm.
  7. Heat heavy cream until steaming, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth and glossy.
  8. Drizzle warm chocolate sauce generously over the stack. Top with extra chocolate chips and cookie dough.
