Crunchy, buttery, chocolatey, and wildly addictive dark chocolate pistachio toffee bark.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted pistachios
  • Flaky salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cracker layer — Line tray, place crackers in a single tight layer.
  2. Make toffee — Melt butter + brown sugar. Cook bubbling 3 minutes, stirring. Add vanilla & salt.
  3. Bake — Pour toffee over crackers. Bake 10 min at 350°F until bubbling.
  4. Chocolate top — Add chocolate chips, melt, spread smooth.
  5. Finish — Add pistachios & flaky salt. Cool fully → break into shards.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free chocolate for vegan version
  • Coconut sugar gives caramel a deeper flavor
