Crockpot Pierogi Casserole is an ultra cheesy, easy-to-make dish that serves as the ultimate cozy comfort food.

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen pierogies (any flavor)
  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa or sausage, sliced into coins
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden and crispy.
  2. In a greased slow cooker, layer the frozen pierogies and browned sausage.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the pierogies and sausage, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or until hot, bubbly, and creamy. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
