- 1 (16 oz) package frozen pierogies (any flavor)
- 14 oz smoked kielbasa or sausage, sliced into coins
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Sauté the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden and crispy.
- In a greased slow cooker, layer the frozen pierogies and browned sausage.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the pierogies and sausage, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or until hot, bubbly, and creamy. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
