  • 1 oz au jus gravy mix
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (optional but highly recommended)
  • Fresh rosemary or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast directly into your crockpot—no searing needed.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Layer on the pepperoncini peppers and pour in the pepper juice.
  4. Place the stick of butter on top of the roast.
  5. Add baby potatoes around the roast, cover, and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours until fork-tender.
