  • 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, and diced onion to your crockpot. Pour the seasoned broth over everything.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender and the kielbasa is juicy.
  4. Give everything a gentle stir before serving.
  5. Spoon into bowls, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
