- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced into thick rounds
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, and diced onion to your crockpot. Pour the seasoned broth over everything.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender and the kielbasa is juicy.
- Give everything a gentle stir before serving.
- Spoon into bowls, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
