Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Cook steak slices in olive oil with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until golden-brown and juicy.
  2. In the same pan, cook bell peppers and onions until tender-crisp.
  3. Lay tortillas flat, sprinkle a generous layer of cheese, then pile on steak and veggies.
  4. Fold and press the wraps, then grill in a skillet with butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
  5. Let rest 1–2 minutes before slicing in halves or thirds. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
