Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 12 medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives, plus extra for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Press a wonton wrapper into each cup, creating little bowls. Lightly brush the edges with melted butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon the creamy mixture evenly into each wonton cup, then place a shrimp on top of each one.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the wonton edges are crisp and golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with extra chopped chives and serve warm.
