Ingredients
Scale
2 large yellow onions, sliced into thick rings
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
Prep the Coating Stations: Set up 3 bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Onion Rings: Dip each onion ring in flour, then egg, then panko-Parmesan mixture — press gently to ensure it sticks.
Arrange and Spray: Place coated rings on a greased baking sheet or air fryer basket. Give them a light spray of oil.
Bake or Air Fry: Bake at 425°F for 18–20 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Garnish & Devour: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dip.
