Golden, crispy lobster bites with a cheesy crust served with garlic butter for dipping.
4 lobster tails
0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of paprika or cayenne
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Halve the lobster tails lengthwise and pat dry.
3. Mix panko, Parmesan, half of the melted butter, salt, and paprika.
4. Press mixture onto each lobster tail half.
5. Place tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
6. Broil for 2 minutes to crisp up topping.
7. In a saucepan, combine remaining butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
8. Simmer garlic butter for 2–3 minutes and add parsley.
9. Serve lobster bites hot with garlic butter sauce.
Use fresh lobster tails for best texture.
Avoid overcooking to keep lobster tender.
Garlic butter can be made ahead for stronger flavor.
