Easy homemade crab rangoon bites with creamy cheese and crab filling in crispy wonton shells.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
- Optional: sweet chili sauce for dipping
- Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush edges with beaten egg and fold into a triangle or star shape.
- Press edges firmly to seal and remove air pockets. Keep covered with a damp towel.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry wontons in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
