4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until beautifully golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened and juicy.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer gently until rich, smooth, and creamy.
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the luscious sauce over the top. Simmer for 3-4 minutes so all the flavors blend perfectly.
