Creamy Spinach Parmesan Spaghetti is a flavorful and easy-to-make pasta dish that combines the richness of cream and Parmesan with the freshness of spinach and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add pasta and toss with sauce. Adjust texture with pasta water if needed.
  4. Top with more Parmesan, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
