250g spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 cup cream
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
Add pasta and toss with sauce. Adjust texture with pasta water if needed.
Top with more Parmesan, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
