Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden (not fully cooked). Transfer to a baking dish.
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Pour the creamy spinach sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
Top generously with shredded mozzarella.
Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Pound chicken evenly for uniform cooking.
Broil 2–3 minutes at the end for extra golden cheese.
