A creamy and spicy pasta dish with chicken, sausage, and Pepper Jack cheese for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta (or any pasta you love)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for kick

Instructions

  1. Boil your pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook sliced sausage until browned. Add chicken and cook through.
  3. Toss in minced garlic, then stir in cream and chicken broth. Let it simmer to thicken slightly.
  4. Stir in Pepper Jack cheese until smooth and melted. Add paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add pasta back into the pan and toss to coat everything in the sauce. Top with parsley and extra cheese.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level with more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Substitute any pasta of your choice.
