Ingredients
Scale
18 jumbo pasta shells
1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Boil the jumbo shells until just al dente, then drain and let them cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Fill each cooked pasta shell generously with the lobster mixture and arrange them in a lightly greased baking dish.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until smooth, then pour the sauce over the stuffed shells.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.
Notes
Use fresh lobster meat for the best flavor.
You can substitute shrimp or crab if lobster is unavailable.
Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for a spicier kick.
