- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 small shallot (minced)
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat (chopped)
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Save 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter. Add garlic and shallots, cooking until fragrant.
- Add lobster and stir gently for 1-2 minutes. Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thick and creamy.
- Add pasta to the sauce, toss well, and loosen with pasta water if needed. Finish with lemon juice and parsley.

- For a richer flavor, use fresh lobster if available.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
