Creamy Lobster Spaghetti is a decadent seafood dinner that serves as the ultimate gourmet dish for date nights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 small shallot (minced)
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Save 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter. Add garlic and shallots, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add lobster and stir gently for 1-2 minutes. Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.
  4. Stir in cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thick and creamy.
  5. Add pasta to the sauce, toss well, and loosen with pasta water if needed. Finish with lemon juice and parsley.

  • For a richer flavor, use fresh lobster if available.
  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
  • Pair with a crisp white wine for a complete dining experience.
