Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Add the cooking cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Dijon mustard. Stir well and let the sauce thicken gently. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each piece. Let everything simmer together for 3-4 minutes so the flavors blend beautifully.
  4. Top with caramelized lemon slices and freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
