Ingredients
Scale
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Pat the salmon dry and season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan, and spinach. Simmer until the sauce is rich and velvety, then add the lemon juice.
Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Add the shrimp and let everything warm through for 2–3 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges, mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
