Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Optional: pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Simmer until thick and silky.
  5. Return salmon to the pan and spoon the creamy shrimp sauce over the top. Garnish with parsley and thyme.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with crusty bread or steamed vegetables.
