Luxuriously creamy, buttery and ocean-fresh with tender scallops, juicy shrimp, and sweet lobster all swimming in garlic bliss.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz sea scallops (patted very dry)
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 8 oz lobster tail meat, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup seafood stock or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Season scallops, shrimp, and lobster lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
  3. Sear scallops 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add shrimp and lobster. Cook 2–3 minutes until just opaque. Remove and set aside.
  5. Lower heat to medium. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
  6. Pour in stock and simmer 2 minutes, scraping up all the browned goodness.
  7. Add cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth and velvety.
  8. Return all seafood to the pan, spoon sauce over gently, and simmer 2 minutes (do not overcook!).
  9. Sprinkle with parsley and finish with a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

  • Serve over buttered rice or creamy mashed potatoes.
  • Pair with crusty bread to mop up that sauce.
  • Add roasted asparagus or broccolini on the side.
  • Dry scallops = perfect golden sear.
  • Add white wine instead of stock for elegance.
  • Finish with chili flakes if you like heat.
