Creamy Garlic Seafood Bake is an ultra rich and buttery dish perfect for an easy date-night dinner. It features shrimp and scallops baked in a creamy garlic sauce, creating a gourmet experience at home.

  • 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
  • 1/2 lb sea scallops (patted dry)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice for brightness

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season shrimp and scallops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden and fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan, cooking until smooth and thickened.
  3. Place shrimp and scallops into a small baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic sauce all over.
  4. Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes or until shrimp are pink and scallops are just cooked through.
  5. Finish with chopped parsley and an optional squeeze of lemon. Serve hot with crusty bread, mashed potatoes, or rice.
