A rich and creamy garlic butter lobster tails recipe that’s perfect for a cozy dinner. Easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lobster by cutting the top of each shell and lifting the meat over the shell. Brush with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Make the garlic butter by melting butter in a saucepan, adding garlic, and cooking for 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice.
  3. Brush lobster with garlic butter and broil for 8–10 minutes, basting once halfway.
  4. Reduce heat and stir heavy cream and Parmesan into remaining garlic butter. Simmer until smooth.
  5. Spoon sauce over lobster, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
