Ingredients
Scale
2 large lobster tails
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Remove the lobster meat from the shells and slice into thick medallions. Pat dry and season lightly with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lobster medallions for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden, then transfer to a plate.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes if using. Simmer until silky smooth.
Return the lobster medallions to the skillet and gently spoon the sauce over them. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until perfectly cooked.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with mashed potatoes, buttered pasta, or crusty bread.
Notes
Use fresh lobster tails for the best flavor.
Adjust the red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
