Ingredients
Scale
6 boneless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, and thyme. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until creamy and smooth.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the creamy herb sauce over the top. Add fresh rosemary and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra parmesan before serving. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or rice.
Notes
Pair with garlic yogurt dressing or lemon herb sauce for extra flavor and freshness.
Sear the chicken well for deeper flavor and beautiful color.
Use freshly grated parmesan for the creamiest sauce.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
