Delicious and creamy garlic chicken sliders that are sticky, golden, and ultra-juicy, smothered in a luscious garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella or Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 8 slider buns (Hawaiian-style preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Extra chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season shredded chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
  4. Stir in cream and cheese. Simmer until smooth and slightly thickened. Add parsley and remove from heat.
  5. Fold chicken into the sauce until fully coated.
  6. Slice slider buns in half and fill generously with creamy chicken mixture.
  7. Mix melted butter, honey, and soy sauce. Brush over tops of buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes until tops are glossy and golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
