300g spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cooking cream
1/2 cup grated mozzarella or mild cheddar
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (fresh)
Instructions
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken on medium-high heat until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in cream and bring to a simmer.
Add mozzarella and parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy. Toss in red chili flakes if using.
Add cooked pasta and grilled chicken into the sauce. Mix well until fully coated and heated through.
Top with diced tomatoes and fresh parsley before serving.

Serve with toasted garlic bread or a side Caesar salad
Add sautéed spinach or steamed broccoli for extra veggies
