- 1 large salmon fillet (about 2 lbs)
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Season the salmon fillet and shrimp with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Place them in a greased baking dish.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, then stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon and shrimp. Top with lemon slices and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, spoon sauce over the seafood, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted asparagus, or crusty bread.
