A restaurant-quality seafood feast featuring salmon and shrimp baked in a creamy garlic butter sauce.

  • 1 large salmon fillet (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillet and shrimp with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Place them in a greased baking dish.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, then stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the salmon and shrimp. Top with lemon slices and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, spoon sauce over the seafood, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  5. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted asparagus, or crusty bread.
