Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Directions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of each lobster shell and gently pull the meat out slightly, resting it on top for a butterfly effect.

Season & Cook: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the lobster meat. Broil the lobster tails in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes until opaque and slightly golden.

Make the Creamy Sauce: In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

Assemble & Serve: Drizzle the creamy garlic butter sauce over the cooked lobster tails. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately!
