- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked penne pasta
