Creamy cherry pineapple fluff is a light, fluffy, and sweet-tart no-bake dessert perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 can (21 oz / 600 g) cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or peanuts (optional)
  • Crushed graham crackers or biscuits, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a cold bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft, fluffy peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the drained pineapple, cherry pie filling, and mini marshmallows.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts if using.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let flavors blend and texture set.
  5. Spoon into bowls and finish with crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs on top.
