Buttery, tender, cheesy and drowning in creamy indulgence, these creamy cheese-stuffed lobster tails make for a divine dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails, shells cut and meat gently loosened
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional, but luxe)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place lobster tails in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in parmesan, mozzarella, and nutmeg until smooth and velvety.
  5. Spoon sauce generously over lobster tails, making sure meat is well coated.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, until lobster is tender and cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with extra sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overcook lobster—it should be just opaque.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra browning.
  • Add a splash of white wine to the sauce for depth.
