3 medium apples, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or vanilla pudding
Caramel sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Stir occasionally for 8–10 minutes until tender. Let cool.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
In clear glasses or jars, layer vanilla yogurt or pudding, sautéed apples, and crumble topping. Repeat layers if needed.
Drizzle generously with caramel sauce before serving.
