Cream Cheese Salmon Puff Pastry Rolls are flaky, creamy, and savory bites that are perfect for any gathering or brunch. These elegant finger foods are easy to prepare and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 150g salmon fillet or slices
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: sesame seeds or black pepper for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 rectangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with chives or dill, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of each pastry rectangle.
  5. Place salmon pieces on top of the cream cheese, then roll tightly and place seam side down on the tray.
  6. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or cracked pepper.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
