Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or white cheddar
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves, lightly toasted (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for topping)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (for topping)
  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, honey, salt, and pepper until creamy and fluffy.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  3. In a small pan, toss pecans with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon over low heat for 2–3 minutes until glossy. Let cool slightly.
  4. Top the dip with candied pecans and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks.
