Ingredients
Scale
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
120g cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
40g chopped pistachios
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a tray with parchment. Lightly roll the pastry and cut circles. For taller bites, cut rings from half the circles and stack on top of the solid ones.
Place rounds on tray, brush with egg wash, and bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
Press the centers down to create wells. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle pistachios over the top and garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve warm or room temp.
