- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Slider buns (12)
- 6 slices provolone or mozzarella (halved)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Mix the Meatballs: Combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, and seasonings.
- Shape & Cook: Roll into golf-ball-sized meatballs and pan-sear or bake until browned.
- Melt the Cheese: Place a cheese half on each meatball while warm so it melts.
- Build the Sliders: Toast buns lightly, then place a cheesy meatball on each. Add cranberry sauce.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
