A festive and delicious cranberry glazed roasted turkey breast that’s perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2.53 lb boneless turkey breast
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Rub turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika. Place in a roasting pan.
  2. Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Scatter around the turkey in the pan.
  3. In a saucepan, simmer cranberries, orange juice, honey (or maple), Dijon, cinnamon, cloves, and a pinch of salt. Cook until thick and glossy. Mash or blend smooth if desired.
  4. Brush glaze generously over the turkey. Roast for 45–60 minutes, glazing every 15 minutes. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
  5. Let the turkey rest before slicing. Serve with extra glaze and roasted potatoes.

Notes

  • Serve with green beans or roasted carrots.
  • Drizzle extra glaze on slices for shine.
  • Add orange zest on top for brightness.
  • Don’t skip resting time; keeps turkey juicy.
  • Blend glaze for a smoother, glossy finish.
  • Use a thermometer: 165°F for perfect doneness.
