  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • Optional: 1/2 cup sour cream for a creamy tang twist

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries until finely chopped. Mix with sugar in a bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Stir in the drained pineapple, grapes, and chopped nuts.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and whipped topping (plus sour cream if using) and gently fold until everything is coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
