410g all-purpose flour
170g granulated sugar
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
½ tsp salt
180ml warm milk
60g unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
110g light brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
60g unsalted butter, softened (for filling)
120g powdered sugar

Fresh cranberries + powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, butter, and eggs. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly.
Roll tightly into a log and slice into 10–12 rolls. Arrange in a circle on parchment paper, forming a wreath shape. Let rise for 30–40 minutes.
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool slightly.
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the wreath. Add fresh cranberries and dust with powdered sugar for a snowy finish.
