1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
6 oz Brie cheese, sliced
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and toast for 5–7 minutes.
Place a slice of brie on each crostini and return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, until the cheese is melty.
Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce over the warm brie.
