Cranberry Brie Bites are a delightful holiday appetizer featuring creamy Brie cheese and sweet cranberry sauce, all wrapped in flaky puff pastry.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 cubes
  • ½ cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional drizzle)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 small squares. Press each into a mini muffin tin.
  2. Place one cube of Brie into each puff pastry cup.
  3. Add about 1 tsp of cranberry sauce over each Brie cube.
  4. Beat the egg and lightly brush over the edges of the pastry. Bake for 13–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
  5. Drizzle lightly with honey if desired, sprinkle chopped rosemary, and garnish with a tiny rosemary sprig.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, drizzle more honey on top before serving.
  • Can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Experiment with different jams or preserves for variety.
