  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit by tossing cranberries and apples with a spoonful of sugar.
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla into a smooth batter.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder to form a thick batter.
  4. Fold in fruit, spread into a greased cast-iron skillet, and let settle.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden. Dust with powdered sugar when slightly cooled.
