Crab-Stuffed Cheddar Biscuits are the ultimate cheesy comfort bite with a buttery seafood twist, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ⅔ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (drained and picked over)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix biscuit mix, shredded cheddar, milk, and garlic powder until a soft dough forms.
  2. Combine crab meat, cream cheese, Old Bay, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Take a scoop of biscuit dough, flatten it slightly, and add a spoonful of crab mix in the center. Pinch to seal and roll into a ball.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  5. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, and zest. Brush over hot biscuits.

Notes

  • These biscuits are best served warm.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
