1 package wonton wrappers
½ cup lump crab meat (or imitation crab)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onion, finely chopped
Pinch of salt & pepper
Sweet chili sauce (for drizzling or dipping)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab, sour cream, soy sauce, garlic, green onion, salt, and pepper.
Press wonton wrappers into a greased mini muffin tin.
Spoon about 1 tbsp of crab filling into each cup. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are bubbly.
Once out of the oven, drizzle sweet chili sauce over the top.
Sprinkle extra green onions or crushed red pepper for heat and serve.
Notes
These cups are perfect for holidays, potlucks, or casual gatherings.
Adjust the amount of sweet chili sauce based on your spice preference.
