Golden, juicy, and packed with coastal flavor, these Crab Bombs are the ultimate seafood appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 500g lump crab meat
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce or soy-lemon mix
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line tray with parchment.
  2. Gently mix all ingredients except butter & lemon. Don’t overmix.
  3. Shape into balls, place on tray.
  4. Drizzle melted butter. Bake 20–25 min until golden.
  5. Broil 1–2 min for crispy tops. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use fresh crab for best flavor
  • Chill mix before shaping for firmness
  • Broil briefly for that crisp finish
