Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Steak Cubes: Cut the sirloin into thick, juicy cubes for the best sear. Season generously with salt, pepper, and a dash of red pepper flakes.
  2. Sear to Perfection: Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high. Toss in the steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until perfectly browned.
  3. Add That Cowboy Butter Sauce: Push steak to one side of the pan, melt butter, then stir in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Let it sizzle for 1 minute.
  4. Toss and Coat: Stir the steak into the buttery garlic sauce to coat evenly. Cook another minute until everything smells amazing.
  5. Garnish & Serve Hot: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and serve straight from the skillet.

Notes

  • For best results, use a cast iron skillet.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for desired heat level.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
