Ingredients
Scale
1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons salted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Prep the Steak Cubes: Cut the sirloin into thick, juicy cubes for the best sear. Season generously with salt, pepper, and a dash of red pepper flakes.
Sear to Perfection: Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high. Toss in the steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until perfectly browned.
Add That Cowboy Butter Sauce: Push steak to one side of the pan, melt butter, then stir in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Let it sizzle for 1 minute.
Toss and Coat: Stir the steak into the buttery garlic sauce to coat evenly. Cook another minute until everything smells amazing.
Garnish & Serve Hot: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and serve straight from the skillet.
Notes
For best results, use a cast iron skillet.
Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for desired heat level.
Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
