2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package chocolate chip cookies (crispy or soft-baked)
1 1/2 cups milk (for dipping cookies)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)
Crushed cookies & powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
Whip the Creamy Custard Base: In a bowl, beat heavy cream to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream for a fluffy custard.
Dip & Layer the Cookies: Lightly dip cookies in milk one at a time, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of a square dish.
Stack It Like a Pro: Spread a generous layer of vanilla custard over the cookies. Repeat the cookie-and-custard layering 2–3 times.
Top with Silky Chocolate Ganache: Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together until smooth. Pour over the top layer and spread to edges.
Chill & Garnish to Impress: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, drizzle with caramel, sprinkle crushed cookies, and dust with powdered sugar.
