  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt—mix gently.
  3. Stir together shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  4. Spread half the brownie batter into a greased pan.
  5. Add the coconut layer, then gently spread remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 28–32 minutes.
  7. While warm, sprinkle extra shredded coconut over top.
  8. Cool completely before slicing.
