- 2 packs fresh ramen noodles
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon miso paste (optional, for depth)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 slices chashu pork (or roasted pork belly)
- 2 soft-boiled eggs (jammy center)
- 1 sheet nori, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons bamboo shoots
