Classic no-bake tiramisu is a creamy, coffee-kissed dessert that is perfect for any occasion. This Italian classic is made with ladyfinger biscuits, mascarpone cheese, and dusted with rich cocoa powder.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for coffee)
  • 2430 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 16 oz (450g) mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Stir sugar (and coffee liqueur if using) into cooled coffee.
  2. In a bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until light and creamy.
  5. Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee (1–2 seconds each) and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining cream.
  8. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, generously dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • Do not soak ladyfingers too long to avoid sogginess.
  • Chill overnight for best flavor.
  • Sift cocoa just before serving for a fresh finish.
